1. Controller

2. Hosting and access data

Vercel hosts and delivers this website. When a page is opened, technically necessary access data such as the IP address, requested URL, time, browser information and security signals may be processed. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and reliable website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Processing outside the EEA may occur subject to the provider's applicable safeguards.

3. No web profiles or marketing trackers

This website currently uses no audience analytics, advertising trackers or marketing cookies. It does not create a Hyga SI account and cannot read local audit data from the app.

4. External links and contact

Opening TestFlight takes you to an Apple service, where Apple's own privacy information applies. Selecting the contact address opens your email client. We process the message you send to handle your request under Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR.

5. App data

The core flow of the Hyga SI beta is offline-first. Audit data is stored locally on the iPhone and is only shared through a deliberate export action. This website cannot access it.

6. Your rights

Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability, and may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. Contact contact@anyjoi.com to exercise your rights.

Enquiries through this website

Additional notice dated 2026-10-11: The controller is Anyjoi GmbH, as named in the imprint. When you explicitly submit, we process your name, email address, selected topic and setting, optional organisation details and original text. We use these details to handle and reply to your enquiry. Please do not send identifiable health information.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for an enquiry about a prospective contractual relationship, and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in responding to incoming business enquiries. The form acknowledgement records that you have read this notice; it is not marketing consent.

The enquiry is stored in the existing Hyga SI database on Supabase in Frankfurt. Only authorised Hyga SI administrators can read the original details and processing status. Vercel processes the form submission as the website provider. To limit abusive submissions, the connection address and email address are also processed as protected, temporary fingerprints; the enquiry inbox does not store the raw IP address.

A daily deletion run removes enquiries once 180 days have passed since receipt or 90 days since closure. It also removes processing history without message text or email address that is older than 365 days. Submission-limit fingerprints are removed within 48 hours. Before submission, your browser saves the draft only in this tab where possible; it is removed after confirmed receipt.

You can request access, rectification, erasure or restriction, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can complain to a data protection supervisory authority. For questions or to clarify an enquiry, contact contact@anyjoi.com.
